A RECIPE FOR BREAD BOWLS
Note: the recipe is for three bowls
Ingredients
200 grams of spelt whole flour
100 grams of wheat whole flour
100 grams of wheat flour type 500
10 grams of hemp flour
12 grams of hemp proteins
14 grams of hemp seeds
8 grams of salt
6 grams of hemp butter
250 mililiters of water
Preparation
Use a suitable model and bake as a bread.
When the bread is cool, remove the core

Ingredients
100 grams of spelt flour
25 grams of hemp flour
48 grams of butter
40 grams of ground cane sugar
5 grams of hemp seeds
3 grams of wine stone (vinski kamen???)
25 grams of egg
Preparations
The dough must rest in a refrigerator one hour before preparing cups
Use a suitable model and bake
