MUSHROOMS Cantharéllus cibárius

WITH HEMP GERM AND FRESH BASIL



Ingridients: industrial hemp husked cannabis (1 teaspoon ) industrial hemp germ (3 teaspoons)


hemp salt

1 teaspoon * herb oil (50% hemp oil, 50% pumpkin oil, thyme, a few parsley leaves and laurel)

pickled mushrooms - Cantharéllus cibárius

10-15 fresh basil leaves

1 teaspoon - lemon juice

a pinch of black caraway seeds (black cumin).

wine soaked nettle seeds (Teran)


Preparation:

Wash basil. Add salt and lemon. Stir mushrooms among the basil leaves. Add hemp germ, husked hemp seed, nettle seeds, black caraway seeds and sprinkle all ingridients with oil.

* Herb oil contains: (50% pumpkin oil, 50% hemp oil, mother's milk, a few leaves of parsley and laurel). All ingredients are put in a glass container and macerated for 1 month.

Preparation:

Ingredients:

vinegar, mushroom - Cantharéllus cibárius, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, rosemary and laurel

Small solid mushrooms are used, while larger mushrooms are cut to 2 to 3 cm large pieces. Blanch mushrooms for 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain the mushrooms and wash them with cold water. Add herbs to the glasses and fill them with mushrooms. The mixture of vinegar and water in a ratio of 1: 3 (one part of vinegar and three equal parts of water) is salted and sweetened. For half a liter, we use a little spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.

GOLD DISH: HEMP WITH

MUSHROOMS Sparassis crispa AND PUMPKINS



Ingridients:

2 tablespoons hemp oil

3 tablespoons industrial hemp cannabis a pinch of hemp salt

150 g mushrooms Sparassis crispa

300 g pumpkins hokaido (Cucurbita maxima Duchesne ssp. maxima convar. maxima 'Red Kuri') or other pumpkin yellow inside

3 tablespoons * laurel oil

3 cloves of garlic

a pinch of rosemary

juice of 1 lemon


Preparation:

Mushrooms and pumpkin wash, drain and cut into small pieces.

Mushrooms and pumpkins are baked for 20 minutes at 180 degrees on laurel oil.

Mix the cannabis oil with husked hemp seed, chopped garlic, a pinch of rosemary and salt. Enrich the dish with the listed ingredients and bake for a minute longer to garnish the garlic. Sprinkle with lemon juice. The dish is offered warm, but it is also delicious if it is served cold.

* Prepare the laurel oil yourself. We need 30 bay leaves and 200 ml of cold pressed olive oil. Cut bay leaves into smaller pieces and poured the oil over them. Put the mixture into a glass jar and place it in a dark and cold place. Shake the mixture several times. Filter the mixture through the cotton gauze after 14 days and the oil is ready for use.

Aphrodisiacs in food: garlic, laurel, rosemary, cannabis seeds



Ingridients:

3 teaspoons of industrial husked hemp seeds

1 teaspoon of hemp oil

salted hemp

mushroom powder of mixed forest mushrooms

100 g rice

100g buckwheat porridge

400 ml of water

1 fresh red pepper

lemon juice

parsley

a pinch of garlic

laurel


Preparation:

Wash and drain the buckwheat and rice before cooking. Cut the peppers into small pieces. All ingredients (powder of mushrooms, rice, buckwheat, red pepper, garlic, laurel, chopped marjoram) are cooked in salted water. Cook until the water evaporates (approximately 15 to 18 minutes). Before serving mix oil, parsley and husked hemp seeds. Add lemon juice. Finally, add a tablespoon of sour cream or cottage cheese.


P.S. * In the dialect, buckwheat porridge in Prekmurje

(SV Slovenija) is called "hajdina".

PASSIONATE PANCAKES WITH MUSHROOMS


Ingridients:

half a teaspoon of hemp oil

2 spoons/180 g industrial hemp protein 3 teaspoon industrial shelled seeds of cannabis

150 g mushrooms or 3 tablespoons of dried mushrooms Sparassis crispa

40 g of butter

3 eggs

1 dcl of sparkling mineral water

half a teaspoon of honey

salt

250 g of wheat flour

1 teaspoon fresh or dried marigold flowers Calendula officinalis

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh or dried nettle leaves

Olive oil for baking

Pancake spread: industrial shelled seeds of cannabis, cream, salt, parsley, garlic, horseradish, lemon juice


Preparation:

Dissolve butter and mix with egg yolks. Add water, half of the flour and mix. Salt the egg white and mix to achieve stiff peaks. Add the second half of the flour and mix all the ingredients gently. Finally, mix hemp oil, mushrooms, calendula flowers and nettle leaves. Bake pancakes. Spread pancakes with cream, roll and cut into 1 cm thick reels.



Dessert

HEMP HEARTS


Ingridients:

1/3 wheat flour and ¼ hemp flour

3 tablespoons of industrial husked cannabis seeds

fresh mushroom Clitocybe odora and mushroom Lentinéllus cochleátus or mushroom powder

2 eggs

icing sugar

1 tablespoon rum

Preparation:

Pick the mushrooms in the forest. Clean and dry mushrooms and grind them in powder. Use freshly sliced ​​mushrooms. Cut mushrooms into thin slices. In the winter use dried mushroom powder. Weigh the egg and add the same weight of sugar and flour.

Mix sugar and eggs in a blender. Add rum and mix for another minute. Then lightly mix flour and mushrooms. Let the batter sit for 15 minutes. Put some seeds into the models. Pour the batter On the seeds (0, 5 cm). Then some husked hemp seeds are sprinkled on top of the batter. Bake at 220 degrees 8-10 minutes.

For decoration use fresh or dried mushrooms and leaves of industrial cannabis.

Dessert

MUSHROOMS Xerula rádicata IN SWEET SYMPHONY WITH THE HEMP AND SAFFRON


Ingredients: (for 10 muffins)

1 tablespoon of hemp oil

2 tablespoons of hemp protein

2 tablespoons of industrial husked cannabis

50 g mushroom Xerula rádicata

100 g of plain yogurt

100 g wheat groats (semolina)

1 egg

100 g sugar powder

1 tablespoon of honey

30 g butter

1vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon of dried saffron

6 g baking powder

Ingredients for topping: 10 dried plums, a pinch of sugar, a few drops of rum, 3 tablespoons of husked cannabis seeds

Preparation:

Soak dried plums for 2 hours in the rum. Saffron is dissolved in warm water. (10 minutes.) Mix baking powder with proteins first. Then mix all the ingredients. Pour the mass into the containers (models). Husked cannabis seeds are sprinkled on the top of the batter. Cut the mushrooms thinly. Place the mushrooms and the plums on the seeds and sprinkle the sugar on top. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees 18 minutes. You can serve warm or cold.

Baked fruit combined with mushrooms that has a lot of minerals and vitamins, tastes great! You can use any fruit instead of plums.

Aphrodisiacs: saffron, honey, cannabis, vanilla



HEMP MILK WITH MOSHROOMS Clitocybe odora and Lentinéllus cochleátus


Ingridients:

150g industrial hemp seed

a few drops of hemp oil

fresh mushrooms - Clitocybe odor and Lentinéllus cochleátus (6-9 mushrooms) or 1 teaspoon mushroom powder

1 tablespoon of honey

a pinch of salt

0.5 l of water


Preparation:

Grind hemp seeds with water (2 dcl) in a blender. Add other ingredients. Blend until you get a whitish liquid, similar to milk. The easiest way to remove the seeds is to filter the liquid through the gauze.


P.S. Milk can be stored in the refrigerator for three days.

The beverage can also be sweeten with dried plums, apricots, figs, dates, raisins, cranberries ...

Mushroom powder is made by drying the mushrooms and grinding them in powder when dried..
