HEMP PASTA

Ingredients: 250 grams of hemp pulp 2 garlic 1 carrot 1/2 peppers 1/2 flasks 1/2 pears fresh basil cooking cream

spices: salt pepper turmeric herbal salt

Preparation: Pasta cook 3-5 minutes.

Carrots, peppers and zucchini slice and cook in boiling water so that the vegetables are cooked to "al dente" means. In a pan pour oil and saute garlic. Add the blanched vegetables and fry up to 1 minute. In the meantime, add salt, pepper and herb salt. Pour the cream for cooking, wait for the cream comes to the fore and at the end add the turmeric and chopped 1/2 pear. Thus, even cook more than 2 minutes.

HEMP PANCAKES


Ingredients:

2 eggs hemp flour spelled flour milk Sol
