Ingredients: • Butter greased round baking tin fi = 20cm or more • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for sprinkling baking • 90g of shelled hemp seeds • 120ml coconut oil - butter (usually butter) • 220g dark chocolate (70%) or as edible chocolate • 4 large eggs • 100g coconut sugar or 4 tablespoons honey (100 g brown sugar) • dark 30g cocoa powder •pinch of salt • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Frosting:
1 teaspoon coconut oil (usually butter)
80 g of dark chocolate
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cracked chocolate together with butter (oil) to get over steam. In the melt mixing of cocoa powder, salt and vanilla. Especially stepamo yolks with sugar and then STEP snow. The partly cooled chocolate mixture is slowly admixed frothed yolks lightly even snow. Bake for 25 minutes.
