Food name explanation
The word Golkonoplaž is not in Slovene literary language dictionary. The name of the dish consists of the word goulash (golaž) and the word hemp (konoplja). Because of the preparation method is the main dish suggests as a goulash.
Ingredients:
300 g mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius) or black trumpet (Crateréllus córnucopioídes)
* We can use both mushrooms.
1 tablespoon of hemp flour
150 g red onion
50 g leek
1 tomato
1 fresh pepper
1 pinch of ground sweet peppers
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon parsley
1 pinch of hempsalt
pepper
savory herb
laurel (bay leaf laurel)
1 dl of water
180 g of sour cream
30 g butter
1 tablespoon of hemp oil
Preparation:
Fry the onion on butter. When the onion starts to smell, put sweet pepper and roast it for another minute. Sprinkle it with lemon juice of 1 lemon. After that add leek, tomato and pepper (vegetables should be cut into small pieces) and stew all until the food is softened.
In another pan roast mushrooms on butter. Season the food with pepper and salt.
Mix the mushrooms with the ingredients from the first pan.
Thin food with hot water and mix it several times. First add savory and laurel and after that add cream made from sour cream and hemp flour. Mix it well.
Finally, just before serving, enrich the dish with hemp oil which contains parsley and hemp salt.
