GOLD DISH: HEMP WITH MUSHROOMS Sparassis crispa AND PUMPKINS



2 tablespoons hemp oil

3 tablespoons industrial hemp cannabis a pinch of hemp salt

150 g mushrooms Sparassis crispa

300 g pumpkins hokaido (Cucurbita maxima Duchesne ssp. maxima convar. maxima 'Red Kuri') or other pumpkin yellow inside

3 tablespoons * laurel oil

3 cloves of garlic

a pinch of rosemary

juice of 1 lemon



Preparation:

Mushrooms and pumpkin wash, drain and cut into small pieces.

Mushrooms and pumpkins are baked for 20 minutes at 180 degrees on laurel oil.

Mix the cannabis oil with husked hemp seed, chopped garlic, a pinch of rosemary and salt. Enrich the dish with the listed ingredients and bake for a minute longer to garnish the garlic. Sprinkle with lemon juice. The dish is offered warm, but it is also delicious if it is served cold.



* Prepare the laurel oil yourself. We need 30 bay leaves and 200 ml of cold pressed olive oil. Cut bay leaves into smaller pieces and poured the oil over them. Put the mixture into a glass jar and place it in a dark and cold place. Shake the mixture several times. Filter the mixture through the cotton gauze after 14 days and the oil is ready for use.

ZLATA POJEDINA: KONOPLJA Z GOBAMI IN BUČAMI

Sestavine:

v konopljino olje (2 žlici)

v oluščena konopljina semena (3 žlice)

v ščepec konopljine soli

v 150 g gob Borov glivec - Sparassis crispa

300 g buče hokaido ali druge buče z rumeno sredico

*lovorjevo olje (3 žlice)

3 stroki česna

ščepec rožmarina

sok 1 limone



Priprava:

Gobe in buče operemo in narežemo na majhne koščke. Na lovorjevem olju gobe skupaj z narezanimi bučkami pečemo 20 minut na 180 stopinj. V posodi posebej zmešamo konopljino olje z oluščenimi konopljinimi semeni, sesekljanim česnom, ščepcem rožmarina in soljo. Jed z naštetimi sestavinami obogatimo in pečemo še minutko, da česen zadiši. Prelijemo z limoninim sokom. Ponudimo toplo. Jed je okusna tudi hladna.

Gobe jemo, ko so še mlade. Starih gob ne uporabljamo, ker so trde.

Namesto buč lahko uporabimo drugo jesensko zelenjavo. Predlagam jajčevce ali por.

*Lovorjevo olje pripravimo sami. Potrebujemo 30 lovorjevih listov in 200 ml hladno stiskanega olivnega olja. Lovorjeve liste narežemo na manjše kose in jih prelijemo z oljem. Zmes vlijemo v steklen kozarec in postavimo na temno in hladno mesto. Zmes večkrat pretresemo in jo po 14 dneh precedimo skozi bombažno gazo. Lovorjevo olje je pripravljeno za uporabo.
