Ingredients
1 apple
0.5 deciliters of lemon juice
62 grams of cane sugar
30 grams of butter
Preparation
Peel apple and dice it into small pieces into lemon juice
Melt butter, add sugar and apple (without lemon juice) into melted butter
Sauté utill soft
HEMP CREAM
Ingredients
5 grams of gelatin (vegetarian option is agar-agar)
1.5 deciliters of whipped cream
0.5 deciliter of hemp milk
40 grams of cane sugar
1.5 deciliters of 10 % Greek yogurt
Preparation
Soaked gelatin in 0.5 liters of water
Boil hemp milk and sugar, then add gelatine and cool to 20 °C
Mix the chilled batters (besedo batters sem tudi našla v Blankini ajdi kot prevod za maso) into Greek yogurt and then gradually add a whipped cream
FRUIT CREAM
Ingredients
25 grams of 100 % apple juice
25 grams of lemon juice
28 grams of egg yolks
32 grams of whole eggs
20 grams of cane sugar
30 grams of butter
Preparation
Mix together egg yolks, eggs and half of sugar
Boil juice and the rest of sugar and add to egg yolks
Cook the mixture to 82 °C and beat
Cool to 35 °C and mix with butter
FINAL PREPARATION
First fill the cup with apple filling, than with hemp cream
Spray both creams at the top (hemp cream must be cooled and solid)
Decorate with roasted hemp seeds
